Shipping policy

Fulfillment and delivery speed
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible, however we require between 2-3 working days on average to fulfill your order. If an order is CUSTOM, the processing time will include the time it takes to create your individually made item.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. If your order is placed on one of these days, it will process on the next business day. During promotions, sales or holidays, ship time may be delayed.

Express shipping via courier services
  • Europe 3 to 6 business days
  • USA 3 to 6 business days
  • Other countries: up to 6 business days

Customer chargers
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays

Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to shipping & tracking information. All orders are shipped via Express Courier Services (unless otherwise requested) and have their tracking numbers. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.

Important!
Customer responsibility is to track the order. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

If the order has been tagged as "return to sender" or "unsuccessful delivery" due to the receiver not being able to follow-up, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
